Licensed Acupuncturist

Sarah is a licensed acupuncturist dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life. She commonly treats musculoskeletal pain, injuries, stress, sleep concerns, and digestive issues, creating personalized treatment plans that support the body’s natural ability to heal.

In addition to her acupuncture training, Sarah holds a doctorate in naturopathic medicine, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how the body’s systems work together to influence health and healing. She believes that lasting wellness is shaped by far more than physical symptoms alone. The relationship we have with ourselves—our thoughts, stress, habits, and capacity to care for our well-being—is one of the most important determinants of health.
