FAQs

How much does treatment cost?

At Infinity Wellness Center, every patient receives customized care recommendations based on the condition of their spine and the treatments that will be most effective for their unique needs. Because no two people are the same, the frequency and duration of care will vary from person to person.

To make care accessible, we offer package discounts and flexible options to fit almost any budget. While we can’t provide an exact cost until after a full evaluation, most treatment plans average between $47 and $79 per visit, depending on the services and techniques recommended.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional care that’s both effective and affordable—so you can feel better, function better, and live better.

What is the cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. To make it easy and convenient, you can make changes through our app, or contact our team directly—we’re quick to respond via text or phone call to help. Please note: For acupuncture, massage, and StemWave treatments, a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us serve all our patients efficiently and respectfully.

What are the chiropractor's education and experience?

Chiropractors undergo extensive education and training to become licensed healthcare professionals. Our doctors have obtained their undergraduate degree studying biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy and physiology, and nutrition and then furthered their education to achieve their doctorates of chiropractic from an accredited chiropractic college (usually an additional 4 years after their undergraduate degree). The final step in obtaining their doctorate degree, is to pass a series of exams by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. To practice and remain in practice, the doctors must satisfy any state licensing requirements for the state of their license. Our doctors at IWC attend over 100 hours per year of continuing education and additional certifications to ensure they remain up to date on the latest techniques to continue providing the highest quality of care.

How long is each appointment?

Plan to spend about 30 minutes in the office for each chiropractic visit. Most patients begin with pre-adjustment therapies designed to warm up the spine and prepare the body for the most effective adjustment possible. After your adjustment, you’ll complete post-adjustment rehab to strengthen the spine and surrounding muscles—helping to support better posture and lasting results over time.

StemWave and Spinal Decompression sessions typically take 10–15 minutes and are often paired with a chiropractic adjustment. To allow time for all components of your visit, please plan to spend approximately 45 minutes in the office when you have one of these services combined with your adjustments.

Full Body Red Light Therapy sessions take 10–20 minutes, depending on your preference. Our Infrared Dry Sauna can be booked for up to 30 minutes. These services can be scheduled as a stand alone appointment or in combination with your chiropractic adjustment for enhanced healing and recovery.

*Massage and Acupuncture: Our massage sessions are available in 30, 60, or 90-minute appointments. Acupuncture sessions are scheduled for 1 hour, with approximately 45 minutes dedicated to the treatment itself. Your initial visit will take about 90 minutes, as the first 30 minutes are reserved for a comprehensive intake and consultation to tailor your care plan.

Each massage and acupuncture session includes a few minutes at the beginning for you to dress down and prepare, and a few minutes at the end to redress and exit comfortably, allowing us to reset the room for the next guest. (If you arrive late for your massage or acupuncture appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule and remain respectful of the next guest’s appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to timeliness).

What type of conditions do chiropractors treat?

At Infinity Wellness Center, our team has helped many patients overcome a wide range of health concerns with great success. Chiropractic care is most commonly known for treating back pain, neck pain, and headaches, and while our patients have experienced great results in these areas, our approach goes far beyond pain relief. We’ve supported patients dealing with migraines, vertigo, TMJ, disc issues, hip pain, poor posture, low energy, sleep disturbances, weight struggles, anxiety, depression, thyroid imbalances, hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges. We also have specialized training and certifications in prenatal, infant, and pediatric chiropractic care, offering safe, gentle, and effective support through every stage of life.

While we don’t claim to “cure” any condition, our focus is on finding and correcting the root cause—typically spinal misalignments that interfere with the nervous system. When we remove those interferences, your brain and body can communicate properly, allowing your body to function, adapt, and heal the way it was innately designed to.

What should I expect on my first chiropractic visit?

Your journey to healing starts with a comprehensive initial visit designed to give our team a clear understanding of your health and spinal function. This visit typically lasts about 45 minutes. To ensure we can make the most of your time in the office, we ask that you complete your initial paperwork in advance so our team can review it and prepare thoroughly for your appointment. During your first visit, you’ll be welcomed by our team and introduced to the office. One of our trained chiropractic assistants will begin with an intake and provide an introduction to chiropractic and nervous system health. You’ll receive a computerized nerve scan to assess how your nervous system is functioning. Then, you’ll meet with one of our doctors for a spinal exam, including orthopedic testing and a postural evaluation. Based on your health history and exam findings, your doctor may recommend on-site digital X-rays to get a clear view of your spine. These images allow us to identify the root cause of your concerns, develop a personalized and precise adjustment protocol, determine if any spinal areas require a gentler or modified technique for safe, effective care. Our goal is to provide safe, gentle, and effective adjustments tailored to your body and needs—setting you on a path to healing with clarity and confidence.

*If you plan to wear a dress, romper, or jumpsuit to your initial chiropractic exam, we kindly ask that you bring a pair of shorts or leggings with you. This allows you to remain comfortably covered while the doctor performs your spinal assessment.

*Please note, this explanation outlines what to expect during your first chiropractic visit. If you are seeking massage therapy, acupuncture, or StemWave treatment, your initial appointment will still require additional time, and we kindly ask that you complete intake paperwork in advance. However, the examination process may differ based on the service you’re receiving, and X-rays are only included as part of the chiropractic evaluation.

What should I wear for my treatments?

Chiropractic
Most chiropractic patients feel perfectly comfortable in their regular clothes or streetwear, as long as you are able to move. What matters most is that you feel relaxed and at ease during your visit. For adjustments, you’ll begin by lying face down on the adjustment table, and our doctors are highly skilled in adjusting patients in a discreet and professional manner. However, if you plan to wear a short dress or skirt, we recommend keeping a pair of shorts in your car to slip on if it makes you feel more comfortable during your adjustment.

*If you plan to wear a dress, romper, or jumpsuit to your initial chiropractic exam, we kindly ask that you bring a pair of shorts or leggings with you. This allows you to remain comfortably covered while the doctor performs your spinal assessment.

Massage Therapy
Patients are asked to undress to their comfort level—typically down to undergarments. Our licensed therapists are trained to ensure you remain properly draped with a sheet throughout the entire session.
If you prefer to remain clothed, we recommend wearing lightweight athletic shorts and a tank top for your comfort and mobility.

Acupuncture
Depending on the area being treated, you may need to undress to allow access, often to the back or limbs. We suggest wearing comfortable shorts or leggings and a sports bra. If you’re coming straight from work, feel free to bring a change of clothes in case you need them.

Infrared Dry Sauna
We recommend wearing moisture-wicking, breathable workout clothes for your sauna session. Towels are provided to sit on and to help absorb sweat, but you are welcome to bring your own towel if preferred.

StemWave
Depending on the area being treated, you may need to undress to allow access, often to the back or limbs. We suggest wearing comfortable shorts or leggings and a sports bra. If you’re coming straight from work, feel free to bring a change of clothes in case you need them.

How does the chiropractor measure progress?

At IWC, our treatment plans are designed to include regular re-evaluations and exams to closely monitor your progress and ensure you’re achieving the results we anticipated. These assessments are typically performed every 4–6 weeks, allowing us to identify any potential barriers early and adjust your care as needed. At key points in your care, we’ll also take follow-up X-rays to visually assess how your spine is moving and changing. This is often one of the most exciting and encouraging parts of the healing journey, as it gives you a clear picture of your progress and helps our doctors determine whether any adjustments to your protocols are needed for optimal results.
